I've been focusing full-time on SeedSigner for a while now. Sometimes with generous grants from the HRF, but often with no income whatsoever.

I've had some big expenses lately and would deeply appreciate any support to offset the costs.

Current Funding Situation:

Had no funding for the 9 months from Sept '24 until June '25.
Received a 6mo grant from HRF for the remainder of 2025.
No fiat income.

Recent Expenses:

Conference travel
It's expensive but worth it to get to meet more people, represent SeedSigner in discussion panels, run workshops, do hackathons, etc.

I've never had a 3d printer, but it's finally time! I'm looking to create some new open-source enclosure designs based on my "SlimSigner" build and do some enclosure experiments for the new large-format "SeedSigner+" screen.

Recent Accomplishments / Ongoing Goals:

- SeedSigner v0.8.5: 🔥 ¡¡SeedSigner en Español!! 🔥
A massive release that was a HUGE, complicated effort to finally support additional languages. Spanish is just the start; we can now start adding MANY MORE LANGUAGES very quickly!!

- SeedSigner v0.8.6:
Now in NINE languages, including beta support for Asian language characters. Support for new "SeedSigner+" larger screens.

- Summer of Bitcoin mentoring:
Most new SeedSigner features that will eventually be in a v0.9.0 release are being built by Summer of Bitcoin students! I handled all the onboarding, mentoring, and tons and tons of PR review.

- Upcoming Features:
I'm eager to add Silent Payments, smarter Payjoin parsing, miniscript, taproot MAST, maybe MuSig2, probably FROST.

- Port to MicroPython:
Finally seeing real progress again! Once SeedSigner is ported to MicroPython we'll have way more hardware options AND we can put out our own "FOSH" custom circuit board design (FOSS but for hardware). Organizations will be able to fabricate their own SeedSigner hardware AT COST!
